Fridays had started to become hectic as it became our team office day; thus, it's brimming with meetings, both scheduled and ambushed. Today was no exception with meetings extending all the way through 9 pm. As a result, I failed to complete a couple of deliverables before my scheduled dinner out and had to go back to the office.
And because I came back after a relatively long relaxed dinner, I got happily ambushed for a catch-up session (over instant coffee - bleh!) with a friend. I did not get to go home directly after my dinner out BUT I got to happily spend quality time with someone I dearly love.
