Lenten Series: Mar 29

It is not always a decision between good and evil. Sometimes, we need to decide between two goods. During these times, Mama Mary's example of "pondering" comes in handy. When we are able to empty ourselves enough to be filled by God, we get clarity on His directions and the priority choices we need to make for the here and now. Note: It may not even seem to be the most rational or may even run contrary to the obvious choice, but obey anyway.
In the same way, let us not judge others for the life decisions they make. Only God and they know the full context of their lives. We are in no position to say they did the right or wrong thing. Besides, although we are all connected, it is none of our business. Each of our Personal Development Plans with God are precisely that - PERSONAL.

From today's Gospel - Mark 14:1 - 15:47
" 'Why has there been this waste of perfumed oil? It could have been sold for more than three hundred days' wages and the money given to the poor.' Jesus said, 'Let her alone. Why do you make trouble for her? She has done a good thing for me. The poor you will always have with you, and whenever you wish you can do good to them, but you will not always have Me."
